Strategy and Action Planning combines strategic thinking with execution planning in a cohesive process that drives organizational health and impact. A quality strategic plan provides direction and protects against mission creep. However, most strategic plans live inside board rooms, lacking clarity on what work must be prioritized over the coming year. That’s where annual action planning adds value. This service includes options like:

  • Comprehensive Planning: A comprehensive service guiding your organization from vision to action over 18 months. It covers defining your mission, vision, and core values, strategic planning for 3-5 years, crafting an annual plan, and facilitating quarterly meetings for alignment and accountability.

  • Strategic Planning Only: Focus on your organization's long-term direction by developing or re-codifying its vision and mission statement, establishing core values, and setting a vivid, long-term vision with strategic clarity.
